If there is a local art college, many of them enable high college students to take summer classes. Or try seeking at residents centers or colleges with stability preparation courses.
Try a residents preparation catalogue is to class. It doesn't give you the credit but the talent at a descend cost and expected at a time that won't meddle with your college work.
Personally, we would save your allowance and pick up it on your own.
You do not have to go to college for it or take web design classes. You can save yourself a lot of allowance by learning the technologies on your own from giveaway web tutorials or shopping a couple of selection technology books. Many courses, mainly in educational environments are taught by people who do not have the talent or know how to home great web design jobs. They are simply self-appointed "gurus" since they are the only ones in their educational circles who know a few HTML.
